HYUNDAI HIMSEN H17 / 21v  Diesel engine



    South Korea's first high speed engine, modern H17 / 21V has a unique design concept, the existing himsen engine, 1800 rpm (1500 rpm), single cylinder high output 160 kW (140 kW),. The power / weight ratio of the modern H17 / 21V engine is about 1/3 lower than that of the other four stroke diesel engines. It can be used in ship propulsion, emergency generator set and diesel power plant. The Korean advanced diesel engine offers maximum output power of 3200 kW, and emissions meet the IMO TierII regulations, with low fuel consumption. Modern H17 / 21V is based on the concept of himsen engine and the development of HI touch technology. It also has the following advantages:
